Objective: Plan and execute all phases of a 4-story, 10,800 sq ft condominium project with a subterranean garage.
Responsibilities: Develop project plans and schedules, create deliverables to meet customer requirements, execute project plans, and monitor/control project execution. Ensure compliance with state laws, safe work practices, and building codes in accordance with the Iran National Building Code.
Deliverables: Four high-end ground-up condominiums, each approximately 1500-2500 sq ft.
