Objective: Plan and execute all phases of the new construction of a 4000 sq ft single-family house.
Responsibilities: Initiate the project plan and schedules, develop deliverables to meet customer needs, execute project plans, and monitor/control project execution. Ensure compliance with state laws, safe work practices, and building codes outlined in the International Building Code (IBC) books, as well as local city ordinances, to pass trade-specific city inspections.
