Objective: Plan and execute all phases of a 1000 sq ft new construction Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU).
Responsibilities: Initiate the project plan and schedules, develop deliverables to meet customer needs, execute project plans, and monitor/control project execution. Ensure compliance with state laws, safe work practices, and building codes outlined in the International Building Code (IBC) books, as well as local city ordinances, to pass trade-specific city inspections.
Deliverables: 1000 sq ft new construction ADU with 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
